Shipping

Orders placed before 4 PM IST on a working day are cut, packed and handed to the courier the same evening. Orders after that go out the next working day. We do not dispatch on Sundays or national holidays.

Delivery times

Metro addresses typically receive in two to three working days. Non-metro and north-eastern states take four to seven. The date shown on the product page and at checkout is computed from your pincode and is the date we commit to, not an average.

Charges

Delivery is ₹50 on the 3-pack and the 5-pack, and free from ₹999 — every 10-pack ships free. Cash on delivery adds a ₹20 handling fee, which is shown before you select it and is not refundable if the parcel is refused at the door.

Address changes

You can change the delivery address from your tracking page at any point before the parcel ships. After that it has to go through the courier, and we cannot guarantee it will be caught in time.
