A curved 6.82-inch panel with a pronounced bend. Cut inside the curve and bonded with a full-surface adhesive so the edge stays down instead of catching a fingernail on the way past.
Curved edge: expect a visible 1.2mm border where the glass stops short of the bend. That border is deliberate — it is what keeps the edge bonded.

Four steps, ten minutes

Wipe with the alcohol pad, then the microfibre. Lift any remaining dust with a sticker — a single speck is what causes a permanent bubble.

Seat the alignment frame over the OnePlus 12. It registers against the frame edges, so there is only one way it sits.

Peel the backing, lower the glass onto the centre of the panel and let go. The adhesive pulls itself outward from the middle.

Press any remaining edge gently toward the border. Small perimeter bubbles clear on their own within 24 hours.
